Mediation
An indicative quote can be provided on request based on 2 or more parties in mediation for example where 2 parties quote would include:
Initial Contact with X and Y to conduct intake
Preparation of Agreement to Mediation with Mediation Rules
Preparation of Agreement to participate in Conflict Coaching and Conflict Coaching Rules
A Conflict Coaching Session with Individual X
A Conflict Coaching Session with Individual Y
A joint Mediation Session with both X and Y
Preparation of Draft Mediation Outcomes Agreement Agreed/Signed by the parties
Facilitation/Conciliation
Hourly Rate
Training
For sessions of 2 hour duration- $1500 (includes preparation of content)
For Sessions of 4 Hour duration $2500 (includes preparation of content)
For Sessions of 6-8 Hour duration $3500 (includes preparation of content)
A reduced rate is charged where repeat sessions are conducted.

Investigations
In relation to Investigations there are many variables relating to costs including:
Number of Complainants/Respondents
Number of Allegations to be investigated
Number of Witnesses to be interviewed
Amount of written material to be examined
Investigation Scenario A
Based upon a scenario where there is 1 Complainant and 1 Respondent, two alleged incidents.
Includes:
2 Interviews with Complainant
2 interviews with Respondent
Interviews with 2 Witnesses
Review Material
Completion of Investigation Report
Making of Findings
An estimate can be provided
Investigation Scenario B
Based upon a scenario where there is 1 Complainant and 3 Respondents, 5 alleged incidents.
Includes:
2 Interviews with Complainant
2 interviews with each Respondent
Interviews with 4 Witnesses
Review Material
Completion of Investigation Report
Making of Findings
An estimate can be provided
Other Services
All Other Services will be invoiced on the basis of an hourly rate.
